Recently, Yiwu Yitech Trading Co. Ltd. achieved a remarkable milestone by successfully delivering a batch of high-precision TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) alloy round bars to Portugal. This collaboration signifies Yiwu Yitech Trading Co. Ltd.'s growing presence in the European high-end manufacturing sector and confirms the increasing acceptance of the company's products in this sector. This also provides the company with a strong foundation for future international partnerships.

TC4 titanium alloy, as a core material in the aerospace, medical, and precision instrument fields, requires extremely high standards for compositional uniformity, mechanical properties, and surface finish. The exported round bars were produced using vacuum consumable arc furnace melting, multi-directional forging, and precision straightening processes. They meet both the EU EN standards and the customer's customized requirements in terms of oxygen content control (<=0.20%), room temperature strength, and high-temperature stability. The Portuguese customer specifically emphasized that the material must pass ultrasonic flaw detection and require complete material traceability documentation. Yitech Company, leveraging its digital production management system, achieved full-process data traceability from titanium sponge raw materials to finished round bars.

This achievement further affirms Yitech's position in the global high-end supply chain. Yitech's technical team meticulously optimized the uniformity and distribution of the residual stress of the round bars to fully meet the customers' requirements for post-precision machining, thereby providing the customer with turning and grinding capabilities. Also, Yitech's end-of-module material documentation stated compliance with the European Union (EU) RoHS and REACH directives to meet the requirements of the customer, which further affirms Yitech's commitment to best manufacturing practices.

Portugal, as an emerging high-end manufacturing hub in Europe, places particular importance on supply chain reliability and technical responsiveness. Through this collaboration, Yitech Company not only completed the product delivery but also established a joint technical communication mechanism with the customer, providing regular feedback on material application data. This "technology-assisted" service model received high praise from the customer. Notably, this order adopted a "staged acceptance" process; the customer confirmed the bulk order only after receiving and thoroughly testing the initial samples, fully demonstrating the cooperative relationship based on mutual technical trust.
